Pickup & Return
Collect from 07:30 on the day. Show the QR code from your confirmation email and bring your passport or another photo ID. Wearing your snow clothes to the shop makes sizing easier.
Free if returned by 18:30. After that a late fee of 30% of the order total applies, with the gear back by 20:00 that evening or 08:00 the next morning. Please knock the snow off before you hand it in.
We can receive deliveries sent from your hotel, an Airbnb or a resort, and hold them free for 24 hours. We can also arrange outbound shipping with Yamato or Sagawa.
