Pickup & Return
Collect from 07:30 on the day. Show the QR code from your confirmation email and bring your passport or another photo ID. Wearing your snow clothes to the shop makes sizing easier.
Free if returned by 18:00 on the last day of your rental. Up to 1 hour late, a surcharge of 50% of the daily extension rate applies; up to 3 hours late, the surcharge is 100% of the daily extension rate. Please knock the snow off before you hand it in.
Skiing Japan often? Skip the packing. Store your board, boots and jacket with us year-round, then just walk in and collect them next time you're in town, no gear to fly home with either.
