Book by 18:00 the day before where you can, and 3 to 5 days ahead in peak season from late December through February so popular sizes do not sell out. Walk-ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee your size.

Yes. Upgrading only costs the difference. Board sizes can be adjusted free of charge, and boots can be swapped on the spot if the fit is wrong.
No. Once you receive the payment email, choose pay in store and you immediately get a confirmation with your order number and QR code. Settle at the counter with cash in yen, PayPay or card.
Gear is due back by 18:00 on the last day of your rental. Up to 1 hour late, a surcharge of 50% of the daily extension rate applies; up to 3 hours late, the surcharge is 100% of the daily extension rate.
