Book by 18:00 the day before where you can, and 3 to 5 days ahead in peak season from late December through February so popular sizes do not sell out. Walk-ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee your size.
Message our staff on LINE or WhatsApp with your order number and we will cancel it for you.
Yes. Upgrading only costs the difference. Board sizes can be adjusted free of charge, and boots can be swapped on the spot if the fit is wrong.
No. Once you receive the payment email, choose pay in store and you immediately get a confirmation with your order number and QR code. Settle at the counter with cash in yen, PayPay or card (3.5% card fee).
Returns after 18:30 carry a late fee of 30% of the order total, with the gear back by 20:00 that evening or 08:00 the next morning. After 08:00 the next morning it is charged as another full day.
